Introduction： 测定原理：在Rubisco的催化下，1分子的核酮糖-1，5-二磷酸（RuBP）与1分子的CO2结合，产生2分子的3-磷酸甘油酸（PGA），PGA可通过外加的3-磷酸甘油酸激酶和甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶的作用，产生甘油醛-3-磷酸，并使还原型辅酶I（NADH）氧化。因此，340nm吸光度的变化可计算还原型辅酶I氧化速率，还原型辅酶I氧化速率可反应Rubisco的活性。
