使用建议（以Western Blot为例）
配方与步骤 :
封闭液配方：5% 脱脂奶粉+ TBST（Tris缓冲盐溶液 + 0.1% Tween-20）。
例如：5 g奶粉 + 100 mL TBST，充分溶解后过滤（避免颗粒残留）。
封闭条件：
室温1小时或4℃过夜（时间过长可能增加背景）。
关键优化点浓度测试：尝试3%~5%奶粉，避免过度封闭导致信号减弱。
抗体兼容性：
若背景高，换用BSA封闭液（尤其磷酸化抗体）。
某些抗体（如抗生物素抗体）可能与奶粉成分交叉反应。
洗涤加强：封闭后用 TBST洗3次×5分钟，减少残留。
