Introduction：

     本试剂采用钨酸钠、钼酸钠、磷酸、浓盐酸按一定比例加热回流后加入硫酸锂精制而成，色泽金黄、 透亮，是实验室测定溶液中蛋白质、多肽、多酚或酪氨酸等物质含量的常用试剂。本品酸度为 2N，请根 据实验需要直接使用或适当稀释。本试剂可测定蛋白浓度 0.05～1mg/mL，当蛋白浓度范围为 0.05～ 0.5mg/mL 时，线性关系最好。如果待测样品蛋白浓度超过此范围，请适当稀释到合适浓度范围。本试剂 具有腐蚀性，应避免接触皮肤、粘膜等；试剂颜色变为墨绿色时应弃用。 本试剂为2N浓度，使用时可根据具体要求用蒸馏水或者去离子水进行稀释。该产品仅适用于科研领域，禁止用于临床诊断或其他用途。注意密封保存，避免挥发和腐蚀物品。
