Introduction：

      本试剂采用钨酸钠 、钼酸钠 、磷酸 、浓盐酸按一定比例加热回流后加入硫酸锂精制而成，色泽金黄、 透亮，是实验室测定溶液中蛋白质 、 多肽 、 多酚或酪氨酸等物质含量的常用试剂 。本品酸度为 1N，请根  据实验需要直接使用或适当稀释 。本试剂可测定蛋白浓度 0.05～1mg/mL， 当蛋白浓度范围为 0.05 ~

     0.5mg/mL 时，线性关系最好 。如果待测样品蛋白浓度超过此范围，请适当稀释到合适浓度范围 。本试剂 具有腐蚀性，应避免接触皮肤 、粘膜等；试剂颜色变为墨绿色时应弃用。

浓度：1mol/L
