Introduction： 巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（MIF），又称糖基化抑制因子（GIF）、L-多巴色异构酶或苯丙酮酸同构酶，是一种由MIF基因编码的蛋白质。该基因编码的淋巴因子参与细胞介导的免疫、免疫调节和炎症。MIF通过抑制糖皮质激素的抗炎作用，在宿主防御中对巨噬细胞的功能起调节作用。该淋巴因子和JAB1蛋白在细胞膜外周附近形成复合物。MIF是先天性免疫的一个重要调节因子。MIF蛋白超家族还包括第二个具有功能相关特性的成员，即D-多巴色异构酶（D-DT）。CD74是MIF的表面受体。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子组装成一个三聚体，由三个相同的亚基组成。每个单体都含有两个反平行的α螺旋和一个四股的β片。这些单体围绕着一个具有3倍旋转对称性的中央通道。
