Introduction： 单核细胞化合蛋白1（MCP1）也被称为趋化因子配体2（CCL2）和小诱导细胞因子A2。CCL2是一种小型细胞因子，属于CC趋化因子家族。CCL2将单核细胞、记忆T细胞和树突状细胞招募到组织损伤或感染产生的炎症部位。在基因组中，CCL2和其他许多CC趋化因子位于17号染色体（17q11.2-q21.1）。基因跨度为1927个碱基，CCL2基因位于Watson（正）链上。CCL2基因有三个外显子和两个内含子。CCL2蛋白前体含有一个23个氨基酸的信号肽。反过来，成熟的CCL2有76个氨基酸。
