Introduction： 脑钠素（BNP），又称B型钠肽，是一种由心室中的心肌细胞分泌的激素，以应对心室血量增加引起的拉伸。32个氨基酸的BNP多肽与称为NT-proBNP（BNPT）的原激素中76个氨基酸的N端片段相连，后者在生物学上没有活性。一旦释放，BNP就会与心房利钠因子受体NPRA结合并激活，在较小程度上与心房利钠肽（ANP）类似，但亲和力低10倍。然而，BNP的生物半衰期是ANP的两倍，而NT-proBNP的生物半衰期甚至更长，这使得这些肽比ANP更适合作为血液诊断测试的目标。
