Introduction： 巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-3-β（MIP-3-β）是一种蛋白质，也被称为趋化因子配体19（MIP3b），是一种属于CC趋化因子家族的小细胞因子，是由MIP3b基因编码的。该基因是聚集在9号染色体p臂上的几个CC细胞因子基因之一。细胞因子是一个参与免疫调节和炎症过程的分泌蛋白家族。CC细胞因子是以两个相邻的半胱氨酸为特征的蛋白质。该基因所编码的细胞因子可能在正常的淋巴细胞再循环和归巢中起作用。它在胸腺中T细胞的贩运以及T细胞和B细胞向二级淋巴器官的迁移中也起着重要作用。它与趋化因子受体CCR7特异性结合。
