Introduction： 高迁移率族蛋白1（HMG-1）也被称为安非他酮，是一种由HMGB1基因编码的蛋白。HMG-1属于高迁移率组，包含一个HMG-box结构域。像组蛋白一样，HMG1是最重要的染色质蛋白之一。在细胞核中，HMG1与核糖体、转录因子和组蛋白相互作用。这种核蛋白组织DNA并调节转录，结合后，HMG1弯曲DNA。HMG1在与许多转录因子的相互作用中支持许多基因的转录。它还与核糖体相互作用，使包装的DNA松动并重塑染色质。与核心组蛋白的接触改变了核糖体的结构。
