Introduction： CD73 分子(CD73)又称 5′-核苷酸酶（5′-NT）或外生-5′-核苷酸酶，是一种表面酶，在多种细胞上表达。这种酶介导 ATP 和 ADP 的自分泌和旁分泌危险信号逐渐水解为抗炎的腺苷。由腺苷途径介导的免疫抑制对于维持免疫系统的平衡非常重要。T 调节细胞的免疫抑制功能也依赖于 CD73 的表达。Treg 一般会抑制免疫反应。它们影响T 细胞的增殖和功能。它也出现在过敏性CD4+ T 细胞上，从而维持对健康组织的自我耐受，以及在怀孕期间保护胎儿免受母亲免疫系统的影响。
