Introduction： CD8 分子(CD8)是一种跨膜糖蛋白，作为 T 细胞受体 (TCR)的共同受体。 与 TCR 一起，CD8 共受体在 T 细胞信号传导和帮助细胞毒性 T 细胞抗原 相互作用中发挥作用。与 TCR 一样，CD8 与主要组织相容性复合体 (MHC)分子结合，但对 MHC I 类蛋白具有特异性。它有两种同种型，α 和β，每 种都由不同的基因编码。CD8-α 的细胞外 IgV 样结构域与 I 类 MHC 分 子的 α3 部分相互作用。这种亲和力使细胞毒性 T 细胞的 T 细胞受体和靶 细胞在抗原特异性激活过程中紧密结合在一起。除了帮助细胞毒性 T 细胞抗 原相互作用外，CD8 共受体还在 T 细胞信号传导中发挥作用。
