Introduction： 白细胞介素3（IL-3)是一种白细胞介素，是一种生物信号（细胞因子），作为免疫系统的一部分，可以改善人体对疾病的自然反应。IL-3主要由激活的T细胞产生，目的是启动其他各种免疫细胞类型的增殖。 然而，IL-3也被证明在IgG+B细胞中产生，并可能参与早期的抗体同种型转换。 IL-3能够刺激未成熟的骨髓单核细胞的分化，导致巨噬细胞和粒细胞群的变化。IL-3还能诱导未成熟和成熟细胞的各种效应功能，更准确地调节机体对微生物病原体的防御。IL-3还通过巨核细胞的发育参与血小板的重建。
