Introduction： 内脂素(Visfatin)又称烟酰胺磷酸核苷转移酶（NAmPRT酶或NAMPT），以前被称为前B细胞集落增强因子1（PBEF1）， 是一种酶，由NAMPT基因编码。 该蛋白的细胞内形式（iNAMPT）是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD+）挽救途径中的限速酶，该途径将烟酰胺转化为烟酰胺单核苷酸（NMN），负责哺乳动物中大部分NAD+的形成。 当ATP存在时，iNAMPT还可以催化从焦磷酸磷酰（PRPP）合成NMN。虽然PBEF最初的细胞因子功能至今没有得到证实，但后来其他人报告或建议该蛋白具有类似细胞因子的功能。 特别是Nampt/PBEF最近被重新确认为一种 "新的内脏脂肪衍生激素"，名为visfatin。
