Introduction： 血管性血友病因子(von Willebrand Factor, vWF),是由第12号染色体的短臂所编码的糖蛋白。vWF可同时与胶原纤维和血小板结合，当血管破裂时大量血小板以vWF为中介，粘附在胶原纤维上，形成血栓，得以止血。在正常条件下,绝大部分由内皮细胞合成,其余则由巨核细胞生成。前者产生后多储存在W-P小体（Weibel-Palade body，WPB）内,后者则储存在血小板的颗粒中。
