Introduction： 整合素αM（ITGAM）是形成异源整合素α-Mβ-2（αMβ2）分子的一个蛋白亚单位，也被称为巨噬细胞-1抗原（Mac-1）或补体受体3（CR3）。ITGAM也被称为CR3A，以及分化分子簇11B（CD11B）。αMβ2的第二条链是被称为CD18的普通整合素β2亚单位，因此整合素αMβ2属于β2亚家族（或白细胞）整合素。αMβ2表达在许多参与先天免疫系统的白细胞表面，包括单核细胞、粒细胞、巨噬细胞和自然杀伤细胞。它通过调节白细胞的粘附和迁移来介导炎症，并被牵涉到一些免疫过程，如吞噬、细胞介导的细胞毒性、趋化和细胞激活。整合素αMβ2的ITGAM（α）亚单位直接参与引起细胞的粘附和扩散，但如果没有β2（CD18）亚单位的存在，它就不能介导细胞迁移。
