Introduction： 含有 NLR 家族 Pyrin 结构域的 3（NLRP3）（以前称为含有 NACHT、LRR 和 PYD 结构域的蛋白 3[NALP3]和 cryopyrin），是一种位于 1 号染色体长臂的 NLRP3 基因编码的蛋白质。NLRP3 主要在巨噬细胞中表达，作为炎症体的一个组成部分，436 检测受损细胞的产物，如细胞外 ATP 和结晶尿酸。被激活的 NLRP3 反过来又会触发免疫反应。NLRP3 基因的突变与一些器官特定的自身免疫性疾病有关。
