Introduction： 肿瘤坏死因子诱导蛋白6，由TSG-6（肿瘤坏死因子，α诱导蛋白6）基因编 码。TSG-6是一种30 kDa的分泌蛋白，含有一个透明质酸结合的LINK结构 域a，因此是透明质酸结合蛋白家族的成员，也被称为透明粘连蛋白。已知 透明质酸结合结构域参与细胞外基质稳定和细胞迁移。该蛋白已被证明能与 α-间抑制剂（IαI）形成稳定的共价复合物，从而增强IαI的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑 制活性，这在与炎症有关的蛋白酶网络中很重要。该基因的表达可由一些信 号分子诱导，主要是肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-1（IL-1）。 TSG-6的表达也可由血管平滑肌细胞的机械刺激诱导，并被发现与蛋白多糖 的合成和聚集有关
