Introduction：

产品介绍：

胶原蛋白（Collagen）是结缔组织和内脏器官外基质的主要成分，但在皮肤、肌腱、骨骼中分布最为广泛。胶原蛋白在结构和遗传学上被分为不同类型，I型胶原蛋白（Collagen, Type I）结构上是由2个α1链和1个α2链组成300 nm长的异源多聚体。当用作凝胶时，胶原蛋白有助于体外培养并增强细胞特异性形态和功能的表达。胶原蛋白也可用于薄层以促进附着，应用包括研究肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移，单核细胞，巨噬细胞的培养或分化研究，以及粒细胞和巨噬细胞的放射自显影研究。胶原I还用于维持肝细胞功能，分化状态和肝细胞基因转录水平的升高等研究。

本品是来源为SD大鼠鼠尾，溶于0.02M HAc溶液，通过SDS-PAGE测定纯度大于90 %，无菌。
