用途：本品仅供科研，不得用于其它用途。(以下用途仅供参考)常用于从连生物素树脂上洗脱蛋白质。

d-生物素（维生素B7）的溶解需根据实验需求选择合适的溶剂和浓度。以下是具体溶解方法和浓度建议：

溶解方法一 . 水溶液（推荐pH调节法）

步骤： 1. 用少量稀碱（如0.1 M NaOH）调节水溶液的pH至7.0-9.0（弱碱性条件更易溶解）。

 2. 加入d-生物素，边加边搅拌或超声辅助（40-50°C温水可加速溶解）。

 3. 溶解后冷却至室温，pH可回调至中性（如用稀HCl）。

 溶解度：约20-30 mg/mL（pH 7-9时）。

二. 有机溶剂DMSO：

  推荐配制高浓度母液（如50-100 mg/mL），溶解后用水或缓冲液稀释至工作浓度。
