Introduction：

DO（缺陷氨基酸）类培养基的配制 

1. 在 1L 去离子水中加入相应量的 DO 培养基，然后再加入 26.7g Minimal SD Base，搅拌溶解； 

2. 调节 pH 至 5.8，121℃高压灭菌 15min； 

3. 4℃冰箱避光储存已经灭菌的液体培养基。 或：1. 在 900ml 去离子水中加入相应量的 DO 培养基，然后再加入 6.7g YNB，搅拌溶解； 

2. 调节 pH 至 5.8，121℃高压灭菌 15min； 

3. 4℃冰箱避光储存已经灭菌的液体培养基； 

4. 使用时再加入 100ml 已灭菌的 20%葡萄糖。
