Introduction： 由多种不同分子量的肝素组成，其分子量约为 3000-50000 道尔顿。呈白色或类白色粉末。是一种来源于羊小肠的天然多糖，用于生化研究，防止凝血酶原转变成凝血酶。可以用水或者生理盐水配置。建议过滤除菌，高压可能会影响效价。一般每 20-50U/ml 血液，具体用量依不同实验而异。有文献报道肝素水溶液比较稳定，可 2-8℃保存 3 周。液体不建议冷冻保存。
