Introduction：	尼罗红( Nile Red )，是一种脂质探针( lipophilic probe )，能用于定位和定量细胞内的脂质，特别是中性脂滴。作为一种环境敏感型荧光探针，尼罗红在水和其他极性溶剂中基本无荧光，但在非极性环境中发生显著的荧光增强和吸光/发射光谱蓝移（Ex/Em-552/636 nm，甲醇溶液）可用荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪检测。流式细胞术对尼罗红（单一染色）和尼罗红/抗CD3单克隆抗体（双标染色）的检测方法可用来监测外周血白细胞和淋巴细胞磷脂沉积（PLD ）。
