Introduction：

SD+缺陷型氨基酸混合物是由Minimal SD Base与缺陷氨基酸混合物混合而成，（SD酵母缺陷筛选培养基中含有葡萄糖碳源）如SD/-His Broth即Minimal SD Base混合了DO Supplement-His。用做筛选培养基，用于选择培养含有特异载体的酵母或进行杂交筛选。又如，SD/-Leu Broth，SD/-Trp Broth分别用于筛选bait和prey载体（bait和prey载体带有合成色氨酸和亮氨酸的基因）。携带这两个载体的酵母细胞可以在双缺筛选培养基SD/-Leu/-Trp生长，而不含有这两个基因的亲代酵母菌株（如Y2H Gold）不能生长。

使用方法：

1. 取28g本产品，加入去离子水中定容至1000ml，搅拌溶解。

2. 无需调整ph值，121℃高压灭菌15分钟。

3. 4℃冰箱避光储存已经灭菌的液体培养基。
