Introduction： 硝酸还原酶（NR，EC 1.7.1.3）广泛存在于植物中，是一种诱导酶。是植物硝态氮转化为氨态氮的关键酶，与作物有效吸收和利用氮素肥料有关，是植物营养或农田施肥的指标之一，也可作为品种选育的指标之一。 本试剂盒采用离体法检测，通过硝酸还原酶催化硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐，亚硝酸盐进一步与磺胺及α-萘胺定量生成紫红色偶氮化合物；颜色深浅与硝酸还原酶活性呈正比，通过检测该物质于530nm的吸光值，即可得出硝酸还原酶的活性。
