Introduction： 生长激素受体是一种蛋白质，由GHR基因编码。在大多数哺乳动物中都发现了GHR的同源物。该基因编码的蛋白质是生长激素的跨膜受体。生长激素与受体结合导致预组装的受体二聚体的重新定向（然而受体也可能在细胞表面以单体形式存在），并激活细胞内和细胞间的信号转导途径，导致生长。生长激素受体（GHR）是由620个氨基酸组成的跨膜蛋白。GHR以两种形式存在，一种是全长的膜结合受体，另一种是可溶性的GH结合蛋白（GHBP）。它在其胞外结构域中含有两个纤维蛋白III型β结构域，而胞内结构域含有酪氨酸激酶JAK2与SH2蛋白的结合点。JAK2是生长激素的主要信号转导者。
