Introduction： 叉头型基因P3(FOXP3)，也被称为scurfin，是一种参与免疫系统反应的蛋白质。作为FOX蛋白家族的一员，FOXP3在调节性T细胞的发展和功能中发挥着调节途径的主调控作用。调节性T细胞通常将免疫反应降下来。FOX蛋白属于转录调节器的叉头/翼状螺旋家族，并被推测在转录过程中通过类似的DNA结合相互作用施加控制。在调节性T细胞模型系统中，FOXP3转录因子占据了参与调节性T细胞功能的基因的启动子，并可能在T细胞受体的刺激下抑制关键基因的转录。FOXP3基因包含11个编码外显子。通过基因组序列分析，FOXP3基因映射到X染色体的p臂。
