Introduction： 肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员1A(TNFRSF1A)又称肿瘤坏死因子受体1（TNFR1）和CD120a，它是一种普遍存在的膜受体，与肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNFα）结合。该基因所编码的蛋白是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族的成员，该家族还包含TNFRSF1B。该蛋白是肿瘤坏死因子-α的主要受体之一。这种受体可以激活转录因子NF-κB，介导细胞凋亡，并作为炎症的调节器发挥作用。已证明抗凋亡蛋白BCL2-相关蛋白4（BAG4/SODD）、适应蛋白TRADD和TRAF2与该受体相互作用，从而在该受体介导的信号转导中发挥调节作用。
