Introduction： AIDzol是传统Trizol 的免氯仿升级版，广泛适用于从各类动物组织、植物材料、培养细胞、细菌等样品中提取Total RNA和Small RNA。与传统 Trizol 提取方法相比，本产品不需要使用氯仿进行分层，操作更简单，且全程可在常温进行。本产品提取的RNA基本不残留DNA，提取的RNA可以直接用于cDNA克隆、qRT-PCR检测、mRNA纯化、体外翻译、Northern blotting杂交、高通量测序等各种分子生物学实验。
