可诱导脓杆菌Vir基因的活化，从而促进外源基因的整合。
乙酰丁香酮是一种酚类化学物，可诱导脓杆菌Vir基因的活化，从而促进外源基因的整合。作用机理是通过诱导农杆菌Vir区基因的活化与表达，促进T-DNA的加工与转移，从而促使农杆菌T-DNA更容易进入植物基因组并与其整合。

乙酰丁香酮使用方法：
一般使用终浓度为100-200 umol/L。可用DMSO溶解，配置1M母液，分装-20度保存。转化前，将乙酰丁香酮加入转化缓冲液，冰上放置约1 h后即可使用。
乙酰丁香酮贮存条件：密封室温保存。
