Introduction：

Cytochalasin D (Zygosporin A) 是一种有效的肌动蛋白聚合抑制剂，可以来源于真菌。Cytochalasin D 具有细胞渗透活性。Cytochalasin D 通过结合 G-actin 抑制 G-actin–cofilin 的相互作用。

Cytochalasin D 还能抑制 cofilin 与 F-actin 的结合，降低了活细胞中肌动蛋白聚合和解聚的速率。Cytochalasin D 可以减少外泌体的释放，进而减少肿瘤环境中 survivin 的量。 Cytochalasin D 诱导 Yap 磷酸化，阻止其核易位保留在胞质中。
