产品简介：

硫链丝菌素是一种抗生素，可选择性抑制 FOXM1。硫链丝菌素  Thiostrepton是天然的环状寡肽抗生素, 是一种核糖体合成和翻译后修饰肽 (RiPP) 类的天然产物。Thiostrepton通过在蛋白质合成中延长步骤后通过阻断核糖体中延长因子G（EF-G）的解离和GTP水解后EF-G释放无机磷酸盐而显示抗生素活性。Thiostrepton还被描述为通过下调forkhead box M1（FOXM1）转录因子（通常在许多恶性肿瘤中过度表达）来显示对抗癌细胞生长的功效。

储备液保存：

一：配置方法

Thiostrepton微溶于水性溶液。为了在含水缓冲液中获得最大的溶解度，应首先将硫链丝菌素溶解在DMF中，然后用选择的含水缓冲液稀释。在DMF：PBS（pH7.2）的1：1溶液中具有大约0.5mg / ml的溶解度。我们不建议将水溶液储存一天以上。
