Introduction：

产品主要成分：OPTI MEM I培养基含HEPES、L-谷胺酰胺及2400 mg/L碳酸氢钠，pH值为7.2-7.5。

Opti-MEM I减血清培养基是改良版Minimal Essential Medium（MEM），可使胎牛血清添加量减少至少50%，且不影响细胞生长速率或形态。该培养基还推荐与阳离子脂质体转染试剂（如Lipofectamine试剂）配套使用，适用于Sp2、AE-1、CHO、BHK-21、HEK及原代成纤维细胞等多种悬浮和贴壁哺乳动物细胞的培养。针对不同细胞培养需求，还提供多种组分改良的Opti-MEM I培养基。

Opti-MEM I培养基的使用

Opti-MEM I减血清培养基含有胰岛素、转铁蛋白、次黄嘌呤、胸苷及微量元素等独特组分，可使血清添加量减少至少50%。该培养基采用2.4 g/L碳酸氢钠缓冲体系，因此需在5–10% CO₂环境中维持生理pH值。
