Introduction： Sulfisoxazole (Sulfafurazole) 是内皮素受体（endothelin receptor）拮抗剂，对内皮素受体 A 和 B 的IC50 值分别为 0.60 μM 和 22 μM。Sulfisoxazole 是磺胺类抗菌剂（antibacterial）。Sulfisoxazole 通过靶向内皮素受体 A，抑制乳腺癌外显子释放。
