使用说明:

称取本品34.6g 于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，煮沸溶解1分钟，补水至1000ml，分装，121℃灭菌20分钟，灭菌结束后请摇匀以防琼脂沉底于底部而凝固，冷至55℃左右，备用。
