称取本品 46 克，加人 1000ml 蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装所需容器 116℃高压灭菌 30 分钟备用。
 
成分(g/L):
牛肉膏粉：22g
猪胃粉：21.5g
氯化钠：2.5g
 
技术标准：
(1)本品参照《兽用生物制品规程》2000 年版标准配方配制；
(2)pH 值 7.2-7.6；
(3)用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。
 
用途：
用于猪、牛、羊出败菌(巴氏杆菌)的复壮、增菌。
 
注意事项：
(1)本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作；
(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
