Introduction： 氯仿是一种高毒性的有机溶剂，有致癌性，在购买上也属于管制范围。但在生物学试验中又难免需要用到氯仿，如用TRIpure（Trizol）试剂法提取RNA就需加氯仿，本产品毒性小，是一种氯仿替代品，在用TRIpure（Trizol）试剂法进行RNA或DNA抽提时可完全替代氯仿。由于该试剂具有更强的疏水性，提取时候可形成更紧密的中间层，大大减少了DNA和蛋白的残留和误吸中间层的几率，提取效果更佳。
