Dipotassium phosphate （磷酸氢二钾） 　1.0g

XSN   2.25g

Potassium Chloride(氯化钾）0.375g

Magnesium Sulfate （七水硫酸镁） 0.375g

Ferrous Sulfate （七水硫酸亚铁） 7.5mg

Yeast Extract（酵母膏粉） 3.7g

Agar(琼脂) 15.0g

pH6.4±0.2 （25℃）

 

使用说明:

称取本品22.7克于750ml蒸馏水或去离子水中，加入250g 甘油，加热至完全溶解，分装，115℃高压灭菌30分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀，以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固，倾注平板，备用。 相关产品
