称取本品28克，加人1000m1蒸馏水中，加热煮沸溶解，分装于有倒立小发酵管的试管中，121℃高压灭菌10分钟备用。

牛肉浸出粉3g

蛋白胨10g

葡萄糖10g

溴甲酚紫0.04g

氯化钠5g

 

技术标准

(1)本品参照GB标准配方配制;

(2)pH值7.0±0.2;

(3)用标准菌株检验符合质控标准。

 

用途：

用于罐头食品商业无菌检验。

 

注意事项：

(1)本品灭菌后应在无菌环境下操作;

(2)本品出现结块请勿使用。
