Sodium Desoxycholate （胆酸钠） 3.0g

Ferric Citrate（柠檬酸铁） 1.0g

Sucrose（蔗糖） 20.0g

Bromthymol Blue （溴麝香草酚蓝） 0.04g

Thymol Blue（麝香草酚蓝） 0.04g

Agar（琼脂） 15.0g

pH8.7±0.1(25℃）

 

使用说明:

称取本品89.0克于1L蒸馏水或去离子水中，搅拌煮沸溶解1分钟,定容，冷却至50～55℃倾注平板。
