Introduction： 酵母甘露醇肉汤（Yeast Extract Mannitol Broth）简称YMB培养基或YEM培养基；酵母甘露醇琼脂（Yeast Extract Mannitol Agar）简称YMA培养基，用于培养、分离和计数土壤微生物，如根瘤菌属（Rhizobium）、农杆菌。
酵母提取物作为氨基酸来源，含有B组维生素和根瘤菌生长因子。该培养基的氧化还原电势也有利于根瘤菌，并在呼吸过程中作为供氢体；甘露醇是可发酵的糖和醇来源；钙和镁提供根瘤菌生长所必需的阳离子。
