用途:

用于硫化氢试验,每100ml添加10%醋酸铅溶液1ml T1300；

 

 

培养基配方:（ /L）

Peptone（蛋白胨）

10.0g Beef Extract（牛肉浸粉）

3.0g Sodium Chloride（氯化钠）

5.0g Sodium Thiosulfate （硫代硫酸钠）

2.5g Agar(琼脂） 15.0g

pH7.3±0.1（25℃）

 

使用说明:

称取本品3.55克于100ml蒸馏水或去离子水中，加热煮沸至完全溶解，121℃高压灭菌15分钟,灭菌结束后请摇匀，以防琼脂沉积于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50-55℃，加入1支T1300（无菌10％醋酸铅溶液），摇匀，制备斜面。
