Introduction： 本产品仅用于科研，不可用于其他。 本公司生产的Taq DNA Polymerase 是从克隆有 Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase 基因的大肠杆菌经诱导表达后分离纯化的，其分子量为 94 KD。该酶具有 5’-3’DNA 聚合酶活性和 5’-3’核酸外切酶活性，无 3’-5’外切酶活性。在 PCR 反应中，Taq DNA Polymerase 延伸速度为 1-2 kb/分钟，产物 3’端带A，可直接用于 T/A 载体克隆。该酶无外源核酸酶和细菌基因组 DNA 的污染，稳定性好，特异性强。
