Introduction：

本产品采用Sybrgreen嵌合荧光法进行荧光定量的专用试剂。制品中含有荧光定量反应的最适浓度Sybrgreen，是一种2×浓度的预混试剂，进行实验时，PCR反应液的配制十分方便简单。制品中使用了antiTaq抗体的Hot Start法用DNA聚合酶，与荧光定量反应适合Buffer组合，可以有效抑制非特异性的PCR扩增，大大提高PCR的扩增效率，可以进行高灵敏度的荧光定量扩增反应。

另外，本产品中添加了Tli RNaseH (耐热性RNaseH)，以cDNA作为模板进行PCR反应时，可以很好地抑制由于cDNA中残存mRNA对PCR反应造成的阻害作用。 适合于快速荧光定量扩增反应，可以在宽广的定量区域内得到良好的标准曲线，对靶基因进行准确定量、检测，重复性好，可信度高。
