Introduction： 荧光探针-还原型二氯荧光素 (2', 7'-dichlorodihy drofluorescin diacetate, DCFH-DA)可扩散通过线粒体膜，在线粒体内被酯酶水解，形成无荧光的DCFH，DCFH迅速与ROS反应生成荧光物—氧化型二氯荧光素(2', 7'-dichlo rofluorescin, DCF)。 根据上述原理设计了利用荧光法直接定量检测线粒体ROS产生速率的方法。将荧光强度随时间变化的数据点拟合，线性回归直线斜率与ROS产生的速率呈正比。
