Introduction：

测定意义：

S-UE能够水解尿素，产生氨和碳酸。土壤脲酶活性与土壤的微生物数量、有机物质含量、全氮和速效氮含量呈正相关。土壤脲酶活性反应了土壤的氮素状况。

测定原理：

利用靛酚蓝比色法测定脲酶水解尿素产生的NH3-N，在强碱性介质中与次氯酸盐和苯酚反应，生成水溶性染料靛酚蓝，其深浅与溶液中的NH3-N含量呈正比。
