Introduction： NR（ EC1.7.1.3）广泛存在于植物中，是植物硝态氮转化为氨态氮的关键酶，也是诱导酶，对 作物的产量和品质有影响。 NR催化硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐，NO3ˉ+NADH+H＋→NO2ˉ+NAD＋+H2O；产生的亚硝酸盐能够 在酸性条件下，与对氨基苯磺酸及 α-萘胺定量生成红色偶氮化合物；未反应的 NADH可能会抑制 后续的显色反应，用 PMS可将其中和；生成的红色偶氮化合物在 520nm 有最大吸收峰，可用分 光光度法测定。
