Introduction： 土壤硝酸还原酶可以把土壤中的硝酸盐转变为亚硝酸盐，然后再通过亚硝酸还原酶的作用转变成氮循环的重要原料-铵，从而调节氮代谢，并影响到光合碳代谢，进而影响植物生长。 本试剂盒提供一种快速、精确的测定方法，土壤硝酸还原酶催化硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐；同时抑制亚硝酸还原酶对产生的亚硝酸盐的降解，亚硝酸盐与对应的显色剂反应生成（粉）红色偶氮化合物；该物质在540nm有最大吸收峰，进而得出土壤硝酸还原酶的活性。
