    能作用于纤维素中的1,4-β-D-葡萄糖苷键。pH 4.0~5.5,最佳4.8,视底物不同而异。使用温度范围40~60℃,最佳50℃。一般情况下,加量为底物重量的万分之零点五即可有效,请用户根据试验确定最佳用量。激活剂有氟化钠、镁、氯化钴、镉、磷酸钙和中性盐类。抑制剂有纤维二糖、葡萄糖和甲基纤维素。
用途:本品仅供科研,不得用于其它用途。(以下用途仅供参考)植物细胞杂交研究,催化水解纤维素分子,生成纤维寡糖,纤维二糖和葡萄糖。反应物中,二糖的累积会抑制酶解过程。能裂解纤维素、地衣多糖、大麦葡聚糖和纤维低聚糖纤维三糖至纤维六糖中的内切-1,4-β-D-糖苷键。它不能切割纤维二糖或p-硝基苯-β-D-葡萄糖苷. 这种酶也可以切割依靠分解木糖甙丝氨酸键从多肽中心切割完整的糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycan)
