Solubility 缓冲液溶解，酶活检测使用缓冲液为：0.1mol/L柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液(pH3.5)。
Appearance (character) 黄褐色或类白色粉状。
Introduction：

活力定义：1克酶粉或1ml酶液在50℃，PH3.5的条件下，每小时催化果胶水解产生1mg半乳糖醛酸的酶量为1个酶活力单位

作用pH范围：pH3.0-6.0，最适pH为3.5-4.0。

作用温度范围：10-55℃，最适温度为50℃。

本产品采用黑曲霉菌，经液体深层发酵精制而成。为含高果胶酶酶活性的固体粉末或液体制剂，可以单独或与其它酶类共同发挥作用，降解果胶质，生成半乳糖醛酸和寡聚半乳糖醛酸等。主要应用于果汁、蔬菜汁、葡萄酒等系列产品的加工处理，也可用于饲料、棉麻脱胶等。尤其在降低汁液粘稠度，提高过滤速度、澄清汁液，增强果香、提高出汁率等方面效果显著。
