用途：羧肽酶A能水解蛋白质和多肽底物C端芳香族或中性脂肪族氨基酸残基，释放除脯氨酸、羟脯氨酸、精氨酸和赖氨酸之外的所有C末端氨基酸，更易于水解具有芳香族侧链和大脂肪侧链的羧基端氨基酸。比如酪氨酸，苯丙氨酸，丙氨酸等。 羧肽酶A（carboxypeptidase A）,CPA， 因其底物的首位字“A”而得名羧肽酶A 。
